Returns

If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise:

Please contact us via email at sales@huskyfashions.com or call 908-872-6165. You will not be responsible for shipping costs associated with returns for damaged or incorrect orders.

Incomplete/ Incorrect Address

Orders that are returned as undeliverable by UPS will be assessed the cost of the "return to sender" shipping charge imposed by UPS. A re-shipping charge will apply to ship the package a second time. In the event that the customer does not wish to pay the re-shipping fee, the order will be refunded in accordance with our return policy minus the cost of S&H and the return to sender shipping cost imposed by UPS.

Return Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you have a problem whether it be fit or just changed your mind, you have 35 days from your invoice date to return your item.

  • All returns must be received by us within 35 days of your invoice date.
  • Any returns received beyond 35 days, but less then 60 days will be eligible for an Exchange only of equal or greater value as long as the item is still offered on our site and adheres to the return/exchange policies. Returns beyond 60 days will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.
  • All returns MUST be in New and Unused condition as originally shipped. Merchandise packaged in poly-bags should be returned in the same condition, with all hangtags attached.
  • Please fill out the reason for the return
  • Invoice # and Billing Name must appear on the Return Form.
  • Clearance/Final Sale Items are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs. We recommend insuring packages when shipping as we will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages being sent to us. We recommend USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 Business days of receipt and an email will be sent once processing is completed.
  • The billing cycle of your credit card company will determine when you see the credit appear on your statement.
  • Any promotions which apply to a specific merchandise total will be forfeited when a return brings you under the specified merchandise total.
