Shipping and Delivery
Unless noted otherwise, all orders will be shipped within two business days and usually next business day. Please verify your order size etc. before clicking the final submit button as we cannot make changes once the order is submitted. Our shipping is done Monday through Friday excluding holidays from our New Jersey location.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.
We offer two shipping options, Ground which is generally 3-7 business days depending on distance, as well as 2nd Day Express. Please note our main shippers are UPS and USPS Priority Mail. If time is of the essence with your delivery please contact us via email as soon as you submit your order and we will be happy to verify if Express shipping is available to your shipping address and the additional cost. **Express shipping requests will be shipped within 24 hours of customer cost approval Monday through Friday. **Factors such as holidays and weather, (weather not just in your area) may effect your delivery time. These factors are beyond our control and will not be credited.
Tracking information is emailed to the email registered with your order upon shipping. If you do not see this information in your inbox please check your spam/junk or bulk folder.
Please make sure your email information is correct and you have chosen to accept mail from us otherwise our email will go to your spam/junk or bulk folder. Each of our orders is followed with a confirmation email immediately following order submission.
We regret that we are not able to accept International orders at this time.
