As most other sites we are like a virtual store. You are browsing
through the departments via pages. You can move from page to page
by clicking on the navigation bar to the left of your screen or
by clicking on the desired page from the main toolbar or at the
bottom of the page.
After you select a page, say for example: (Pants) you will see
pictures of these items (known as thumbnails) in different styles
or colors. You have the option to view the merchandise as you see
it or you can enlarge the picture by clicking on it, or clicking
on details. You will see by enlarging the picture you will get
a more detailed image. From either place you can click on your
size and add the merchandise to your virtual shopping cart and
then either shop some more or move to checkout.
When adding merchandise to your shopping cart, you will need
to enable cookies (or accept the cookie we need to set). Your merchandise
selections are tracked via a cookie we set on your PC. The only
information this cookie tracks is your merchandise selections.
When you add merchandise to your cart, you will be shown your cart
contents and links to shop some more or to checkout.
If you choose checkout you will enter our secure payment area
and this should be a continuation from your whole shopping experience.
We use Starfield Secure and this SSL technology allows you to
shop securely during your whole experience not just as you come
to checkout.
As soon as you begin to shop on our site you should see the lock
symbol at the bottom right of your screen as well as the ”s” after
the http (https: (s) shows you are secure) in your site toolbar.
While checking out, this security encryption will allow you to
submit your credit card information as it is transmitted to our
server. Just enter your name and address, shipping options and
click on the submit your order button. Please be patient when
you submit your order as we are contacting a credit card processor
to validate the credit card number in real-time.
If all goes well with your submission, you will move to the confirmation
screen and a follow up email will let you know your order was
placed. If you do not move to the confirmation screen, click on
your browser’s
back arrow and try again.
